I talk about this a lot in ‘The Book of Runic Astrology’. How runes are markers of cosmic energy, and the energy that is drawn to you for the next period of time is shown through the runes that are attracted to that energy frequency. Like magnets.
Epigenetics says that certain genes in our DNA are turned on or off in response to environmental factors. It’s even been suggested that intergenerational trauma can trigger or repress genes. So, it’s not much of a jump, if at all that the unseen cosmic rays that we experience every day can turn on and turn off DNA codes in our bodies when we are exposed to them. Exposed to the cosmic rays in the frequencies that our bodies, minds, auras are attracting.
So perhaps you’ve got to look at boundaries today, Algiz will appear in your world. Or your potential has activation today, Ingwaz shows up. This is what frequency your subtle energies are vibrating at. See what I mean?
This translates to looking forward to the year ahead. The uber subtle energies of your aura, the cosmic Wyrd and the cosmic rays draw the runes to you so you can have some insight into the energies coming for you, and where you’d benefit from putting some energy.
